  • Siding – soffit, fascia, etc.
  • Remodeling bathrooms, Kitchens,  etc.

Concrete Work

  • Forming

  • Finishing

Maintenance

  • House washing, gutter cleaning
  • Service Calls - Repair closet doors, shower doors, hang pictures, small drywall repairs, shelves, etc.

Roofing

  • Tear Off - Heights and ladder skills
  • Shingles cedar shakes, asphalt

Duties

Service calls, remodeling and home improvement projects. 

Trailer

Organize and maintain inventory levels

  • Label all tools

  • Setup inventory check out system

  • Keep clean

Pay based on

  • Skills
  • Hand tools 
  • Power tools 
  • Truck in good condition with tool storage

 

Benefits    

  • Hourly pay (paid every two weeks)
  • Vacation 1.5 hr per paycheck max of 40 hours
  • Sick pay 1 hr   per paycheck max of 26 hours
